As an experienced project director and consultant, he has been responsible for numerous sanitation projects in Africa, Latin America, Eastern Europe and Asia, providing identification of suitable technologies, stakeholder analysis, institutional support and capacity building for public and private partners.

Marco is an architect and industrial engineer, having extensive entrepreneurial and management experience in both OECD and developing/emerging countries. His experience encompasses urban and regional planning, finance, corporate management, and private sector promotion and capacity building at both the executive management and consulting levels.

Sandra is an experienced business administration and accountant. She also supports Ecopsis in relation with social benefits and taxes.

David is an environmental engineer that has worked on sanitation and solid waste projects in Switzerland, Africa, Latin America and Eastern Europe. David has broadened his practical expertise in engineering, project management and capacity building to the full set of environmental issues by conducting comprehensive environmental impact assessments for private and public sector entities.

Juan Carlos specializes in decentralized system management, organizational capacity strengthening and the training of new operators in the areas of administration, operations and business management.

Barbara Mukherjee Vuagniaux, South Asia
Barbara is bachelor in Management and Economics and has extensive experience in financial and administrative management of project, including human resources management and accounting, budgeting and financial reporting to donors. She is responsible for coordinating Ecopsis activities in the South Asia region and is based in New Delhi.
