Technical Assistance to ONAS to Improve Monitoring of their Performance, Communication and After Sales Services with Customers

Tunisia | SECO

Supported ONAS, the national utility for sanitation services, to increase its digital communication capacity and ensure the acceptance of the new sewer and wastewater treatment plant projects. Improved their ability to monitor their service delivery performance in the different regions with key performance indicators. The technical assistance emphasised the need for digitalisation, an important step of their modernisation and targeted performance increase. It was based on two new sewer and WWTP construction projects in Thala and Feriana. Additionally, the technical assistance also helped to set up a grievance mechanism during the construction works that aimed to be converted into after sales services for the future ONAS customers.
